Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway is the title of a book by Susan Jeffers. It’s a great book for people with general anxiety. The message of the book is that whatever happens, we can handle it. Here is an article Susan wrote that I found on BeliefNet, which summarises the book: How to Build Confidence and Peace of Mind.

In fact I would recommend all of Susan Jeffers books because they lift you up and give you hope. The ones I have read include Feel the Fear and Beyond, Life is Huge, End the Struggle and Dance with Life, Embracing Uncertainty, and Dare to Connect.

Here is an article Susan wrote that I found on SelfGrowth.com, adapted from Embracing Uncertainty, another book that helps us deal with fear: Peace of Mind in a Very Uncertain World.
